KANSAS CITY PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS

The Lawler Firm, LLC is a law firm that specializes in representing people and families who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to someone else's negligence. Christopher Lawler, the founder of the firm, has significant trial experience in litigating cases in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients in cases involving trucking accidents, serious car accidents, wrongful death claims, insurance misrepresentation claims, dangerous property claims, defective product claims, and civil rights violations. Chris has tried jury trials in both state and federal courts in the states of Missouri and Kansas. The Lawler Firm prides itself on the principle that each client is its most important client, and Chris gets to know each client on a personal level before he even agrees to take their case.  He believes that you cannot properly represent a person or a family if you don't truly get to know them. He has been extremely successful in implementing this philosophy in his practice, and it has lead to excellent results for his clients.  Chris was chosen as young attorney to attend the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 2007.  Only 50 attorneys were chosen each year to attend the College and Chris was one of the 50 attorneys chosen in 2007.   There he learned the true meaning of representing individuals and fighting for people's rights.  The Lawler Firm, LLC accepts referrals from other attorneys, and also does co-counsel agreements with other attorneys. If you have been injured or lost a family member because of corporate or personal negligence or wrong doing, please contact The Lawler Firm at (816) 912-4700 or by email at info@lawlerfirmllc.com.

Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst College in 1998. He then attended law school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law where he graduated in 2002. Following law school, Chris clerked for two state court judges, The Honorable C. William Kramer and The Honorable Jack Grate, in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Following his clerkship, Chris began working at a small Kansas City civil litigation firm where he worked for seven years prior to starting The Lawler Firm. Working in a small firm, Chris got the opportunity to try jury trials very early in his career. He has a wealth of experience litigating and trying cases in both state and federal courts throughout the states of Missouri and Kansas where he has obtained several outstanding verdicts for his clients.

It is only given to three young lawyers in the state of Missouri annually who have demonstrated unusual proficiency in the art of trial advocacy. In 2007, Chris attended the three week trial advocacy program at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, where only 50 people are accepted each year.
