WILD, CAREY & FIFE is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated civil litigation firm founded by Donald R. Wild in 1980 to handle cases in State and Federal Courts throughout California. We offer our clients aggressive and efficient representation from experienced attorneys who can evaluate and settle cases creatively, but who can also try them effectively when necessary. Whether we ultimately settle or try our cases, we provide our clients in each case with a prompt evaluation of their liability and damages exposure, along with a detailed strategy and budget for resolving the case. Our experience allows us to efficiently handle major and complex litigation at a very competitive cost. The size of our firm allows us to personally interact with our clients, and ensures that our clients know the lawyers who are handling their cases. Like most civil litigation firms, we settle the great majority of our cases. We are nonetheless a firm of trial lawyers, and we are eager and competent to try cases which cannot be settled on a reasonable basis.
