Steven A. Elia, Founder

Steven Elia, also known as Steve to his friends and clients, has extensive litigation experience having appeared at more than 1,000 civil hearings including jury and bench trials, over 500 depositions, and hundreds of mediations. Some of his cases have made national headlines.

He founded the law firm in 2001, and since then has prosecuted and defended many substantial civil matters in both state and federal courts since then and litigated various complex cases in simultaneous state and federal proceedings.

Steve’s Law History

Steve followed his father’s footsteps and began his law career in 1995 at the age of nineteen when he worked as a paralegal for six years prior to obtaining his license to practice law in 2001 at the age of twenty five.  Since then, his firm has grown considerably and he attributes his success to his love and passion for practicing law.

He has also represented many large companies in a variety of business/corporate transactional matters, areas including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, entity formation, mergers, and dissolutions and has assisted over 1,000 clients form California corporations and LLCs.
