Brook Anderson and Terrence O’Sullivan bring over 20 years of diverse experience. Brook Anderson interned as a Public Defender in law school and worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami immediately upon finishing law school. Terrence O’Sullivan interned for both the Broward County Public Defender’s Office and the Miami Dade County Public Defender’s Office.
Both attorneys were in the Court room trying cases to juries while their classmates were in the library reading about how to try cases. There is no substitute for experience when your liberty is on the line.

In 2009, after spending five years as an Assistant State Attorney, Brook Anderson founded The Anderson Firm. Upon entering her third year, she joined forces with Terrence O’Sullivan, establishing Anderson, O’Sullivan & Associates, Inc.. Before entering private practice in 2005, Mr. O’Sullivan had spent years working as a public defender in Miami-Dade County.

Education
Brook Anderson earned her Juris Doctorate in Law from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans, where she also received an International Law Certificate. Prior to being awarded her law degree, she attended the University of Minnesota, during which she spent a year at the University of Barcelona focusing on Hispanic Studies.
Terrence O’Sullivan received his law degree at Nova Southeastern University and received a Juris Doctorate in 2001. Before going to law school, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1998. While attending law school, he garnered priceless practical experience by working in the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office. He also interned at the Broward Public Defender.
