Personal Life
In her spare time, Becky loves to spend time with her family, read mystery novels, work in her garden, walk her dog, Ruby, and travel. She has visited places throughout the world including China, Peru, Egypt, Kenya and Europe.
She has two grown sons, including Bryan Albiston, who she practices law with and Tim Albiston who has a career in finance. Both are married to lovely, smart women. She also has two beautiful granddaughters and believes family is the most important aspect of life.

Bryan L. Albiston is a Las Vegas native growing up in Green Valley. Bryan obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant for several years during and after college. In the early 2000’s, Bryan changed his career field and went in the field of Real Estate whereby he was a successful new home sales agent for the largest homebuilder in the Country. After the Real estate crash in 2008, Bryan decided to join his mother as a counselor of law. Bryan attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of law and since that time Bryan has practiced solely with his mother, Becky A. Pintar whereby they formed the law firm of Pintar Albiston LLP.
Bryan L. Albiston has extensive knowledge of the real estate statutes and regulations in the state of Nevada which he gained through his ongoing career as a licensed real estate agent. Bryan understands the intricacies of a real estate transaction from a simple residential sale to a multi-million dollar commercial transaction. Bryan has also worked side-by-side with Becky A.
