An avid outdoorsman, Lance enjoys water and snow skiing and specifically chose the Salem, Oregon, area to begin his law practice for its natural beauty and the opportunities available to enjoy nature. Lance and Diane, his Oregonian wife, enjoy five wonderful children. Their free time is spent by going to their children’s musical and sporting events and sharing in other family activities. An honorable man of integrity and work ethic, Lance gives all that he has in his work, family, community, and religious life.
