Our firm is the successor to Anderson, Burns & Hostnik which was established in 1988. The firm was formed to focus on the representation of individuals and smaller businesses.  Our attorneys are admitted to practice law in the state of Washington, various Federal Courts, and a number of Tribal Courts throughout the Northwestern United States.

We concentrate our practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Business Formation, Business Transitions and Succession Planning, Contracts, Divorce, Employment, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, and Indian Law.

J. Arvid Anderson

Arvid was engaged in the private practice of law in Tacoma from 1972 until 2009.   The majority of his practice was in the area of personal injury litigation, family law and general practice, including wills and probate.   Arvid has retired from the practice of law, but Chuck Hostnik and Vince McDonough would be happy to consult with you, and would welcome your call.

Charles R. Hostnik

Chuck practices in both State and Federal Courts, as well as more than 16 Tribal Courts in Western Washington.   In addition to Indian law, Chuck has an active personal injury practice, and practices business and corporation law.   He also handles construction litigation, probate and real estate matters.   Additional information about Chuck is available here:  Charles R. Vincent R. McDonough

Vince practices in both State and Federal Courts, as well as certain Tribal Courts in Western Washington.   In addition to Indian law, Vince has an active personal injury practice, and handles the criminal defense work in our firm.   He practices business and corporate law, with an emphasis on helping businesses and their owners prepare for transition through exit planning.   Additional information about Vince is available here:  Vincent R.
